The video below describes how I started to incorporate mindfulness into my lifestyle.  Not only does it reduce stress and anxiety, it enhances my focus, increases my patience, grants me acceptance, and allows me to let go of control.  Most of all, it has heightened my self-awareness.  Please forgive the editing in my video blog as I am still learning the art of how to be in front of the camera.  I promise I will get better with practice.

Hi, my name is Kari Estrada. I grew up in Anchorage, Alaska where I earned my BBA in Accounting from the University of Alaska, Anchorage. In 2005 I moved to Reno, Nevada. I married my best friend and am currently a stay-at-home Mom to my two beautiful children. I am pursuing my MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno.
